After word surfaced of Kanye West joining the cameo-filled cast of the long-in-the-works Anchorman sequel, West was spotted filming scenes on a downtown Atlanta rooftop with returning stars Christina Applegate and Paul Rudd. Production for Anchorman: The Legend Continues has set up shop in Atlanta as the crew has been filming scenes in Woodruff Park and the surrounding areas. Anchorman: The Legend Continues is slated for a December 20 release.
Austrian manufacturer KTM has unveiled the latest version of their popular X-Bow go-kart. Appropriately dubbed the X-Bow GT, the improved model features an added layer of safety and comfort with a windshield, side windows and doors. A 2.0-liter turbo TFSI engine from Audi provides a whopping 280 horsepower and takes the lightweight vehicle from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds.

BlackBerry today announced plans to make its ground-breaking mobile social network, BlackBerry Messenger, available to iOS and Android users this summer, with support planned for iOS 6, and Android 4.0 or higher. Upon release, BBM customers would be able to broaden their connections to include friends on other mobile platforms.
BBM is loved by customers for its “D” and “R” statuses, which show up in chats to let people know with certainty that their message has been delivered and read. It provides customers with a high level of control and privacy over who they add to their contact list and how they engage with them, as invites are two-way opt-in. iOS and Android users would be able to add their contacts through PIN, email, SMS or QR code scan, regardless of platform. Android users would also be able to connect using a compatible NFC-capable device.
If approved by Apple and Google, the BBM app will be available as a free download in the Apple App Store and Google Play store. Additional details about system requirements and availability will be announced closer to the launch.
Casa Lapo is a project realised by young French architect Florent Lasaulnier, inspired by Lapo Elkann, the hire of the Fiat founders and known for his extravagant style, involving a lot of denim and camouflage. Of his project, he says:
“The Casa Lapo project is a dream come true. A project appeared to me while reading an interview of Lapo Elkann in The New York Times. I had never heard of Lapo Elkann at the time but I always had a great love for Italy and particularly Turin, even if I was never able to explain why, besides being the capital of Baroque and Carlo Mollino’s home, as well as headquarters of the Fiat empire, of national and international fame.”
Whatever his original inspiration, it’s an awesome big structure overlooking a lake covered in a camouflage print, that’s for sure. The structure of the house supports the whole building, with an open internal space that offers infinite spatial options. And the walls of the structure contain all of the electrical, sound, lighting and ventilation systems, keeping them neatly tucked away out of sight.
Renders of what appears to be an iPad Mini 2 have been circulating and according to the latest rumors, will be launched in the third quarter of this year. In addition to a screen that extends all the way to the edges, the iPad Mini 2 is purported to have the following specs:

Though we are currently celebrating the Air Jordan 5′s 23rd anniversary, it does not keepJordan Brand from treating its predecessor with an all new colorway. The most recent release sees the Air Jordan 4 with a Black and Stealth upper, as well as white accents on top of a speckled midsole similar to the Cement 4. House in La Moraleja by Dahl Architects & GHG Architects
A design collaboration between Dahl Architects and GHG Architects, this house is located in the residential district of La Moraleja, Madrid. The architects were given the incompatible brief of a family home for five which maintained privacy with all views only looking into the center of the plot and never onto the streets, whilst still remaining in contact with the surrounding environment. In order to realize this, a circular wall was built around the outside of the home, creating a series of private patios protected from the public outdoor space, blurring and expanding the actual limits of the plot. The inside layout is ordered around a set of intersecting axis, maximizing the sense of space which is reiterated by clean, long lines and open windows.
